(He stays with family in Orange County for the weekends.) He is a single, mid-‘20’s aerospace engineer working on a Master’s degree via online classes. Very quiet, very respectful.He is also currently sharing the separate studio/office adjacent to the detached garage, a 10x10 room with its own A/C unit.
